Target group

Any employee who may be required to use a fire extinguisher to control or extinguish a control and extinguish a Class A , Class B, Class C fire.

None

Objective

The delegate will be able to:

• Control and extinguish a Class A, Class B, Class C fire using a handheld fire extinguisher.

Contents

This is a hands on training with no classroom component. Instructions on how to extinguish a fire along with a demonstration will be given in the field prior to the delegate doing his practical assessment.

Exam

No written exam. Hands-on practical will be evaluated.
